Terms and Condition
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total amount of your stay is required.The deposit confirms your reservation and secures the apartment exclusively for you. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.The balance of the stay can be paid upon arrival at our B&B.Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior agreement with Bricco Aivè will be considered a no-show and will result in the cancellation of the entire reservation, including all subsequent nights. The deposit will not be refunded.
Tourist Tax
In accordance with municipal regulations, a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day is applied for a maximum of five consecutive days.The tourist tax is paid separately and is not included in the cost of your stay.
