Can you book a private truffle hunting experience at Bricco Aivè?

Yes. We can arrange a private truffle hunting experience with a local trifolao and his trained dog, in the countryside not far from Bricco Aivè. Unlike a group tour, the experience is reserved just for you. After the hunt, you may also have the opportunity to buy the truffles you find and enjoy them in a traditional Piedmontese dish. We recommend booking through us in advance, as the experience is private and availability is limited.
